At THE LIVING ROOM RECREATION CLUB-CHENNAI, we strive to provide a premium hospitality experience. Due to the limited nature of seating and the preparation required for fine dining and private events, we follow a strict No-Refund Policy to original payment sources.

Please review our cancellation rules carefully:

1. Cancellation Policy

Advance Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your table reservation or private party booking, you must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled reservation time.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking time, or failure to arrive at the venue (No-Show), will not be eligible for any refund or future credit.
How to Cancel: To request a cancellation or reschedule, you must contact us directly at +91 99430 44447, +91 99430 44448 with your booking details.

2. Refund / Credit Policy

Strict No-Refund: We do not issue cash or bank refunds for any cancelled bookings.
Future Credit: For cancellations successfully made at least 24 hours prior to the event, the paid amount will not be refunded to your bank but will be credited towards a future booking at THE LIVING ROOM RECREATION CLUB-CHENNAI.
Credit Processing Time: Once your eligible cancellation is approved, the credit note/confirmation will be issued to your registered phone number/email within 24 to 48 hours.
Credit Validity: This credit must be utilized for a future date within 90 days of the original booking date, subject to table/venue availability.

3. Cancellation by Management

In the rare event that THE LIVING ROOM RECREATION CLUB-CHENNAI must cancel your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, venue maintenance, or government mandates (Force Majeure), a full refund will be processed back to your original payment method (Credit Card/Debit Card/UPI) within 5 to 7 working days.
